Instructions for Cold Use

1. Place the gel eye pack flat inside a freezer for at least 2 hours.
2. Remove from the freezer.
3. Wrap with a soft cotton cloth or insert into a protective sleeve before application.

1. Bring sufficient water to a boil.
2. Remove the pot from the heat source.
3. Immerse the gel pack in hot water for 6–10 minutes.
4. Dry the pack thoroughly.
