How to Use

Step 1 – Wash Your Hands

Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before testing.

Step 2 – Insert Test Strip

Insert a Contour™ TS Test Strip into the meter. The device turns on automatically.

Step 3 – Prepare the Lancing Device

Insert a new sterile lancet into the lancing device and adjust the puncture depth.

Step 4 – Obtain a Blood Sample

Use the lancing device to obtain a small drop of blood.

Step 5 – Apply Blood

Touch the tip of the test strip to the blood drop. The strip automatically draws the required blood sample.

Step 6 – Read the Result

The blood glucose reading appears on the display in approximately 5 seconds.
